Details/Policy

  • May through September - Saturday to Saturday stay required. (contact us about shorter stay availability, 2 night minimum)
  • Deposit required at booking. Cancellation less than 30 days from reservation date will result in forfeiture of deposit. Within 30 days, deposit will be refunded based on our ability to rebook the dates.
  • $1150/week during the dates above, $850/week off-season (includes taxes). Due before or upon arrival (minus deposit)
  • Pets welcome with pre-approval and $60 pet fee.
  • 2 night minimum stay, based on availability.
  • Absolutely no smoking inside. $400 cleaning fee will apply.
  • Kitchen is fully equipped, bed linens included, please bring your own bath towels and wash cloths.
  • No daily housekeeping provided

Weekly peak season rate runs from May to September- $1150 minus deposit ($850 due prior to or on arrival)

Weekly off-peak rate runs from October to April- $850 minus deposit ($600 due prior to or on arrival)
